Through mold flow analysis AnyCasting/3Dflow

 

Carry out 3D scanning and X-ray inspection on the product

 

Passed 0.5Mpa air tightness pressure test

Aluminum alloy low-pressure casting process, the casting body contains water-containing circulation channel, the wall thickness is 3mm; process flow: material-sand core-smelting-casting-de-gating-cleaning-air gun verification-welding repair-polishing-shot blasting-leak detection -Drying shot blasting-testing-packaging

Product material: AISi10Mg (Fe), surface shot blasting treatment.
