Our foundry's high pressure die casting production line include 20 hot-chamber and cold-chamber die casting machines, ranging from 280 to 3,000 tons, with brands such us Swiss BUHLER, Japanese Toshiba and Chinese L.K. etc., in order to meet the needs of different sizes of die castings.

● Custom Die Casting Mold Development

Our engineering team evaluates customer drawings and performs Design for Manufacturing (DFM) before mold development. We optimize part design, mold structure and casting parameters to support stable production and reliable part quality.

● Integrated CNC Machining

Beyond casting, we provide precision CNC machining, drilling, tapping and other secondary operations to deliver finished components ready for customer assembly.
We have more than 30 CNC machining centers from brands such as DMG Mori, MAZAK and BROTHER from Japan, and HASS from the United States.

● Automated Robot Grinding of Castings

This workstation, which integrates intelligent grinding, deburring, and polishing, is the result of our collaborative research and development with equipment manufacturers to address the challenges of the post-processing of castings. It has significantly improved the capacity and efficiency of casting post-processing.
