Before making the mold, please make sure the design is correct to save time and avoid investment loss. INNOVAW can directly use solid materials and casting design support to make rapid prototypes. Mold manufacturing will provide great help to achieve high-quality production and extend the life of the mold.
Advantage
● Push your design into production;
● Demonstrate the feasibility of your concept;
● Allows you to test mechanical variables;
● Reduce development risks caused by unclear software requirements;
● Specializing in prototype processing and small batch production of customized parts, providing one-stop service from prototype to production
● Provide size report, material report, PPAP three-level document report, 8D report, corrective and preventive action report;
● Have IATF16949 and ISO14001 certification.
Metal 3d printing, also known as direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) and direct metal laser melting (DMLM) is an additive layer technology. A metal 3d printer utilizes a laser beam to melt 20-60 micron layers of metal powder on top of each other. Powdered metal is spread across the entire build platform and selectively melted to previous layers. This additive process allows metal parts to be grown out of a bed of powdered metal. The process is like other polymer based 3D printers that use powder bed fusion.A variety of metal 3d printing materials are also available including stainless steel, cobalt chrome, maraging steel, aluminum, nickel alloy, and titanium.
Parts created are fully dense metal with excellent mechanical properties. Other metal 3d printing processes exist which use a binder, although they produce parts which are not fully dense metal. The process can produce complex geometries which traditional CNC machining processes are not capable of.
Advantage
● The manufacturing of complex items will not increase the cost.
● Product diversification will not increase costs.
● No assembly required. 3D printing supports the integration of components.
● Zero time delivery.
● The design space is unlimited.
● Zero skill manufacturing.
● Reduce waste by-products. Compared with traditional metal manufacturing technology, 3D printers produce fewer by-products when manufacturing metal.
