A long-time client visited our company to discuss new product development

In late March 2026, a long-standing client from Canada—with whom we have collaborated for over a decade—visited INNOVOW for a factory audit. The primary focus of this audit was our die-casting facility. During the audit, the client conducted a detailed inspection of each production line at our die-casting plant, including the mold shop, die-casting shop, deburring shop, and CNC machining shop, gaining a thorough understanding of various process details and equipment. In particular, the client expressed significant interest and appreciation for the new equipment we have added in recent years, such as large horizontal machining centers and robotic deburring stations.

Through on-site inspections, discussions, inquiries, and document reviews, the client conducted a comprehensive assessment of our company’s compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CBAM standards. We also took this opportunity to showcase our investments and achievements in production and quality management. This primarily included the application of core tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and SPC to ensure effective production process control, as well as our practices regarding VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and 8D reporting.

Finally, the guests engaged in detailed discussions with Innoway’s technical staff regarding new product development, covering topics such as DFM analysis, mold design, manufacturing, die-casting processes, and prototyping. Ultimately, they offered positive feedback on our production management and quality control. They expressed greater confidence in maintaining a long-term, stable partnership with our company.
